This workshop teaches you how to implement & practice mindfulness & meditation into your life. 


What is Mindfulness?


This gives insight into the concepts mindfulness encompasses and its roots in Buddhism, along with the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in significantly reducing symptoms of depression, stress & anxiety. 


In the context of Mindfulness, the word “ego” represents the conscious, thinking mind and the sense of self that constant thinking develops within us. 


The problem is that the ego likes to be right and sticks its heels in and creates conflict and drama that doesn’t need to exist. 


This workshop will show you how, through using mindfulness, you can see your thoughts as projections of the ego & not your true self, and how to refocus on the truth in any given situation, rather than the need to be right, allowing you to be more aware of your thoughts & actions. 


What is Meditation? 


Meditation has a history that goes back thousands of years, and many meditative techniques began in Eastern traditions. 


The term “meditation” refers to a variety of practices which focus on mind, body & spirit alignment & integration, used to calm the mind, help you better understand yourself & for your overall holistic well being. 


You will learn & practice how to meditate in your own way to relax your body & quiet your mind. 


Relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, visualization, progressive muscle relaxation & chanting are all used as meditation techniques to activate a deep relaxation & “Zen” response within your body, mind & soul. 


You will experience a Chakra Healing Meditation.

In this workshop you will learn all about the chakra system & meridians. 

The theory of the major energy centres of our bodies known as chakras, is found in many healing practices. 

Chakras are responsible for our energetic, emotional, physical, psychological, mental and spiritual wellbeing. 

This workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of how they work, where they are located, their meanings, and how each governs our mind, body, emotions and spirit.

You’ll learn & practice how to detect unbalanced & balanced chakras using a pendulum. 

You’ll learn Reiki hand positions to self heal your chakra system, as well as the crystal's, aromatherapy oils & yoga poses associated with balancing each chakra. 

You’ll experience a Chakra Healing Meditation.

Reiki is a form of energy healing, originating from Japan, which involves light (or no) touch. 
Using gentle hand movements, Reiki practitioners & Masters guide energy within a person's body to encourage & promote self-healing. 

In this workshop you will learn the origin of Reiki, its principles & the sacred symbols.

You will experience a Reiki healing. 

You will learn & practice a self healing therapy on yourself using the original hand positions. 

This workshop allows you to dip your foot into the wonderful world of Reiki to find out if you’d like to progress through the Usui Reiki Degrees.

Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. 

It involves using specialised sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

Sound therapy is an important tool for promoting relaxation of the body and mind. 

The body's response to sound & frequencies can elicit emotional, physiological, and energetic responses. 

These responses can help you achieve a state of greater calm, peace & balance. 

You will learn all about the wonderful benefits of sound healing as well as experiencing a sound bath. 

You will practice playing some sound healing instruments & practice a Sound Bath therapy.

In this hands- on workshop, you will learn all about the wonderful benefits of different essential oils & how to use them safely.

You'll learn how to blend different combinations to help with common ailments. 

Using your new found knowledge, You will make your own blend of Facial Oil, Aromatherapy Hydrosol Mist, Roller or Bath Salts to take home with you to enjoy.

Intention manifestation is the idea that what you intend is indeed what you manifest. In other words, what you think about or what you intend, subconsciously or consciously, is what eventually manifests. 

Your predominant thoughts are what manifest in your reality.

You’ll learn how to set your intentions on the New & harness the energy of the Full Moon.

You’ll learn how to ground yourself, cleanse your energy, journal & practice gratitude. 

You’ll learn & practice how to use crystal grids to manifest your dreams. 

You’ll make a crystal intention jar & vision board to  start your manifestation journey to take home. 
You’ll learn how to perform a cacao ceremony & enjoy a cacao ceremony whilst you set positive intentions.
